THE PIERCE FARM

Pierce Farm, Lexington, MA

Pierce Farm was a project located in the heart of Lexington, Ma., undertaken by the Developer Busa Homes.  Collaborators were the Architectural Firm of Bechtel, Frank and Erickson and Interior Concepts, which was the firm that guided the design aspect.   The project encompassed the complete renovation of an Antique home, as well as the construction of two additional homes, a Barn and a Farmhouse.  All three are located on the same plot of land in Lexington's Historical District.  Respecting the significance of this location called for adhering to the town's historical guidelines, and a focused attention to all details.  The stunning result is three magnificent residences completely equipped for contemporary living .
