 The living room/dinette/kitchen is the bright and airy anchor of this residence.  It's neutral tones, functional floor plan, and comfortable furnishings invite both entertaining and relaxation.  Note , the custom breakfront and understated accessorizing, completing the magical effect of the room.  Furnishings and colors in the dining room were selected that would continue the flow from the living room to the front hall.  The dining table was a consignment shop find, totally refinished, and customized by an Interior Concepts vendor.  Renovation of the two person home office entailed custom built-ins in a pleasing palate to provide efficient and convenience in the work area.  The added artwork provided the finishing touch, nicely augmenting the room.  The upstairs loft overlooking the living room allows for a cozy den area fitted with a sectional and big screen TV.  Its less formal vibe is a room for more intimate gatherings.
